179 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 179 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 179 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

The 179 platform is an online entertainment service operated for users who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Is a valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
  • Is not prohibited by any local law or regulation from using online betting services.
  • Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

179 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 179 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, a valid email address, and your bank details for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and access to your account. 179 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please notify the 179 support team immediately by emailing [email protected].

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Permitted Activities
  • Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
  • Making deposits and withdrawals through approved methods.
  • Contacting customer support for technical assistance.
  • Updating your account information when necessary.
Prohibited Activities
  • Using bots, automated software, or system manipulation methods.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
  • Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
  • Using the platform for money laundering activities.

Users who violate these rules risk immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings associated with the violation, and legal action where the violation involves financial crime or fraud.

179 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious patterns. Any activity deemed to be manipulating the system will be investigated and appropriate action taken without prior notice.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 179 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other methods that may be added from time to time.

The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification status. Deposited funds are credited to your account within a timeframe that varies by method — FPX bank transfers are typically processed instantly, while other methods may take up to 30 minutes.

For withdrawals, 179 processes requests within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your 179 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

179 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. Should you have a transaction dispute, please notify our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits, Accounts, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

179 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. 179 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

179 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or suspected fraud, inconsistencies in account information, requests from relevant authorities, or account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months. For accounts closed on valid grounds, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 179 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 179 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 179.

Third-Party Links

The 179 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. 179 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users who access such links do so at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

179 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the 179 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the 179 platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
